Not sure where to start?

If you're unsure which option is the right fit for you, the best first step is to schedule an Alignment Call. During this conversation we’ll talk about where you are right now, what you’re hoping to improve, and which path forward will best support your goals.

What is Personal Coaching and what are the benefits?

Personal coaching is a method used to help people obtain what they want most in life. With a curious, Socratic approach, we ask questions that uncover hidden blocks, fears, and limiting beliefs that keep people feeling stuck.

Coaching is meant to be a fun, empowering, and positive experience. It is unbiased and compassionate in nature and is effective for people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, guilt, shame, or feeling stuck.

The answers often lie in our blind spots — the areas we don’t know that we don’t know. When we explore what’s possible, new openings for action appear.

As your coach, I act as an extra set of eyes and ears. I can hear what you may not hear and see what you may not see. I help you overcome fears and inner barriers so you can experience more power, freedom, and joy in life.

I also act as an accountability partner to help you honor your commitments, rebuild trust in yourself, and gain clarity on what truly matters.

What are the benefits of coaching?

Life coaching is for anyone who feels ready to grow, evolve, and create a more fulfilling life.

Many people seek life coaching because they want tools, strategies, and accountability to help them move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Others are looking for support, healing, or a safe space to better understand who they are and what they truly want from life.

Working with a life coach can help people:

• gain clarity and direction in life
• build confidence and emotional resilience
• overcome fears, anxiety, and limiting beliefs
• strengthen relationships and communication
• find balance between work, family, and personal wellbeing
• deepen spiritual growth and self-awareness
• improve mindset, health, and overall quality of life
• reconnect with joy, freedom, and a stronger sense of purpose

Many clients come to personal development coaching during major life transitions — whether they are married, divorced, single, engaged, navigating midlife changes, rebuilding after heartbreak, or simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future.

Life coaching can also be incredibly helpful for people experiencing stress, burnout, or anxiety, and who want guidance in creating a life that feels more aligned, peaceful, and meaningful.

At its heart, life coaching is for people who know there is more possible for their life — and who are ready to grow into the person capable of creating it.

What is Marriage coaching, and what does a Marriage Coach do?

Marriage coaching helps couples strengthen their relationship by focusing on the future they want to create together.

Rather than spending months analyzing the past, marriage coaching identifies the patterns that are creating conflict, distance, or frustration and then introduces practical tools to help couples reconnect and communicate more effectively.

Sessions are typically action-oriented and focused on outcomes. Couples learn skills they can immediately apply in their daily lives to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

Marriage coaching also creates accountability so both partners stay aligned and actively work toward the relationship they want to build together.

What is the difference between marriage coaching and couples therapy?

Marriage coaching and couples therapy both support healthier relationships, but they take different approaches.

Couples therapy often focuses on healing past experiences, processing emotions, and addressing deeper psychological or mental health concerns that may be affecting the relationship.

Marriage coaching is more future-focused and results-oriented. Instead of primarily analyzing past issues, coaching helps couples identify current patterns and implement practical strategies to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen their partnership.

Coaching emphasizes clear goals, structured conversations, and real-life application so couples can start creating positive changes in their relationship as quickly as possible.

Why do couples choose marriage coaching?

Many couples choose marriage coaching because they want practical relationship skills and guidance they can immediately apply in their daily lives.

While some relationship support focuses primarily on understanding past issues, marriage coaching focuses on building the skills and habits that create a thriving partnership moving forward.

In marriage coaching, couples learn how to:

Communicate clearly without escalating conflict

Understand each other’s needs and emotional triggers

Repair disagreements quickly and respectfully

Strengthen emotional and physical intimacy

Align their goals, values, and expectations

Sessions are collaborative and structured, helping both partners take an active role in improving the relationship. Couples often leave with specific tools, exercises, or conversations to practice between sessions so progress continues outside of the coaching room.

Many couples appreciate that marriage coaching focuses not only on solving problems but also on creating a relationship that feels more connected, supportive, and fulfilling long term.

What are your qualifications and experience?

I am a Certified Life and Relationship Coach with over 20 years of experience in personal development, coaching, and transformational work.

My studies include applied human potential, growth mindset, leadership development, neuroscience, goal setting, hypnosis, conflict resolution, and spiritual development. I am also certified as a Forgiveness Coach, Inner Child Healing Practitioner, and Energetic Healing Practitioner, working with techniques that help people shift subconscious patterns and emotional blocks.

But beyond credentials, I believe the most powerful teachers are those who practice what they teach.

My own life has undergone profound transformation over the years. Through personal growth work, I’ve experienced breakthroughs in relationships, self-worth, finances, health, and leadership — and those experiences deeply shape the way I coach today.

I’ve also been happily married for over 18 years to my best friend, and our relationship is one of the greatest blessings in my life. I share practical, real-life strategies that help couples reconnect and create meaningful change quickly.

I have deep compassion for people navigating relationship pain, separation, betrayal, and divorce. I understand how isolating those experiences can feel, and I’m passionate about helping people find their way back to clarity, confidence, and connection.

Over the years, I’ve also been interviewed on more than 50 podcasts and media shows, sharing insights on relationships, personal growth, and emotional leadership. My articles and commentary have been featured in publications including USA News, BizWeekly, and Men's Insider.

Many of my clients experience breakthroughs and measurable progress much faster than they expect, which is reflected in my strong client success rate.

I also have extensive experience helping couples work through infidelity and betrayal recovery, and I firmly believe that marriages can be rebuilt when both partners are willing to approach the process with honesty, forgiveness, and commitment.

If you’d like to hear directly from the people I’ve worked with, I invite you to read the Google reviews and client testimonials shared on this site. Their experiences often speak far more powerfully than anything I could say myself.

Are sessions available in person or online?

Sessions are conducted virtually over Zoom, which allows more flexibility, comfort, and convenience for my clients no matter where they live.

This format also allows extended hours, including evenings and weekends, for busy professionals and parents.

Do you incorporate faith or spirituality in your coaching?

Faith and spirituality are important parts of my life. I am Catholic, and my faith guides me to approach people with love, patience, compassion, and humility. At the same time, my clients come from many different backgrounds, beliefs, and stages of their spiritual journey. Some are deeply spiritual, others are simply focused on personal growth, and many are still discovering what they believe.

In addition to my faith, I also study wisdom traditions such as Stoicism, Buddhism, and other philosophies that emphasize self-awareness, personal responsibility, acceptance, and trust in life’s journey.

My role as a coach is not to impose my beliefs, but to help you reconnect with your own values, inner wisdom, and sense of integrity. This work is about helping people become more aligned with who they truly are and the life they feel called to create.

While I personally believe in God and the power of love as a guiding force in life, I strive to create a space that is welcoming, respectful, and supportive for people of all beliefs and backgrounds.

After all, the things most people are searching for — love, peace, connection, and purpose — are universal.

My role is simply to meet you where you are, respect your journey, and support you in becoming the person you feel called to be.

Do you coach women too, or only men for relationship and life coaching?

Yes — I coach both men and women… but I’ll be honest, I have a real soft spot for men.

A lot of good men are out there trying to do the right thing in their relationships, but feel confused, shut down, or like they’re constantly getting it wrong — and no one has ever actually shown them how to lead, communicate, or understand what’s really going on.

That’s where I do my best work — and where I find a lot of meaning and satisfaction. I’ve found that many of the men I work with are incredibly committed, open to feedback, and appreciative of the process, guidance, and tools provided to them.

My coaching is direct, practical, and results-focused. Less talking about feelings about the past, and more real tools, honest feedback, and forward movement. That tends to resonate more strongly with men. I work with women and couples who appreciate a no-BS, growth-oriented approach and are ready to do the work and accept constructive and honest feedback. If you’re curious about what it’s like to work together, feel free to explore my Google reviews and testimonials to hear directly from both men and women who’ve experienced this work.
