How It Works

1. Book Your Consultation Call

The first step is to book a free consult so we can get to know each other and explore what you want to create in your relationship. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your goals and what a potential plan for working together could look like, including the level of depth and duration that best supports building a strong foundation.

2. Complete the Relationship Assessment

After your consultation, each partner completes the confidential online Prepare-Enrich relationship assessment individually. This research-based assessment explores key areas such as communication styles, expectations, personality differences, values, stress factors, and relationship dynamics. Most couples complete the questionnaire in about 30–45 minutes.

3. Receive Your Personalized Relationship Report

Once both partners complete the assessment, a detailed relationship report is generated. The report highlights your relationship strengths, areas of alignment, and opportunities for growth across several important areas of your partnership. Many couples find this step both eye-opening and incredibly validating.

4. Guided Coaching & Skill-Building Sessions

Together, we review your results and I guide you through the insights to deepen understanding of your communication patterns, values, and relationship dynamics. From there, we focus on practical relationship skills that strengthen communication, build trust, and create stronger teamwork.
